If it is after office hours, or on the weekend, and you are trying to place an order right away, the easiest thing to do is create a new account using a different username and email address (it only takes about 60 seconds). Then, please send us an email and we can delete your old account when our office reopens.

What does the package look like? Will people be able to see what I bought?
Your privacy is important, so domestic orders (USA) will arrive in a plain, brown box with a return address label from “KD”. There is no information regarding the products you ordered.

International orders require exterior documentation to clear customs. These packages will show “Klima Deodorant” as the description of goods.

In addition, to preserve your financial privacy, your credit card will show a charge from "The Works".

What is your return policy?
You can return any product, for any reason within 30-days of purchase, and receive a refund for the price of the product. However, we are not able to refund for shipping. If you wish to return a product for a refund, please call or email us, or send it to the following address within 30 days of purchase. If you choose to return your product(s) please include a note with your name and address on your return package so that we may process your refund more quickly. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19, NO HEALTH RELATED COVID PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE DUE TO STERILIZATION CONCERNS.

I have sensitive skin. Will Klima be too strong for me?
Everyone’s skin type is different, so there is no blanket answer to this question. Klima is a very powerful product, but it is much gentler on the skin than Drysol or similar products. The most important thing to remember is to make sure your underarms are completely dry before applying Klima. We recommend using a hair dryer on the skin for about 5-10 seconds before applying any of our Klima products. This will prevent irritation, as irritation occurs from aluminum mixing with water when applied.

Is HyperDri really aluminum-free?
Yes. HyperDri is a revolutionary new antiperspirant. Using peptides, rather than aluminum, HyperDri is able to stop wetness and odor. For individuals with aluminum allergies, or aversions to using aluminum, our HyperDri products are a great alternative antiperspirant.

I don’t know which products to order. Do you offer free consultation?
Yes. Please contact us by email at klimahealthsolutions@gmail.com or by phone, at 877-295-5462 and our hyperhidrosis experts will be happy to assist you.

I heard that aluminum causes breast cancer. Is this true?
In May of 1999, an un-named woman sent a mass email about toxic shock syndrome, and aluminum in deodorants causing cancer. Unfortunately, this email was an internet hoax, that seemed very believable, and it spread like wildfire around the world. When you try to find any studies proving her claims, you will find yourself in the dark. The American Cancer Society investigated these claims and to date, not medical study has proven this hypothesis to be true.

However, some people have sensitive skin, and cannot tolerate aluminum products. Other people simply do not want to use aluminum on their skin. For this reason, we sell an entire line of aluminum-free antiperspirants.

What is the difference between deodorant and antiperspirant?
A deodorant is a product used to eliminate odor. Deodorants can have ingredients to eliminate bacteria (which cause odor) and scents to make you smell fresher. An antiperspirant is a product used to stop wetness. Without wetness, there can be no odor, as odor is caused by the bacteria multiplying in a warm, moist environment. Antiperspirant/deodorants are a combination of the two.

I heard that we release toxins from our underarms, so using antiperspirant is unhealthy. Is this true?
No. Toxins are processed by your lymph nodes, not your armpits. And although your lymph nodes are located near your underarms, the use of antiperspirant does not hinder them, as they do not release toxins through sweat. Rather, toxins are processed internally. Additionally, even if it were true that the body released toxins through sweating, it would release them from every pore on the skin (not just from the armpits), so using antiperspirants would not hinder this process.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes. All of our products are safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

I love your products! Can I be a re-seller?
Please contact us at klimahealthsolutions@gmail.com for more information regarding wholesale distributorship.

Why are your products more expensive than other similar ones?
It is true. Our products do cost more than others, but if you look closely, you will see that our products are vastly different from others on the market. Our ingredient cost is 25 times higher than some of our competitors! And because of this, our products last much longer than our competitors.

For example, if you compare our Klima Underarm Antiperspirant to a “clinical strength” product you can get at a pharmacy or convenience store, you will see that you would need 4-5 bottles of their product to last as long as one bottle of Klima. So the cost-per-day is actually cheaper when using Klima.

And, because Klima uses the purest, strongest ingredients and essential oils available, you know you are getting a quality product that works incredibly well.

Why do I have to give you my phone number?
You don’t have to, but we give your email address and phone number to UPS, FedEx and USPS just in case they have delivery problems. We do not sell or rent your information to any 3rd parties.

Do you test on animals?
No. We do not test any of our products on animals.

Do you offer any bulk discounts?
Yes. If you order 6 or more bottles of certain products, we automatically give you a 20% discount (reflected at checkout).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and money orders.
